UK Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Every Strawberry Valley print is made, checked and carefully packed in our UK studio before heading out to you.
Free UK Delivery
Delivery is free on every UK order.
No minimum spend and no delivery charge added at checkout.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving your order.
Once dispatched, orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class, which typically takes 1–2 working days to arrive.
Royal Mail First Class is not a guaranteed next-day service, so occasional delays can happen — particularly during Christmas, bank holidays, severe weather or other unusually busy periods.
You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.
How Your Prints Are Packaged
Artwork deserves better than a flimsy envelope, so every order is packed carefully to help it arrive in excellent condition.
A4 prints are sent flat in sturdy, board-backed packaging designed to protect the artwork from bending and damage in transit.
A3 prints are carefully rolled and sent in a strong postal tube to protect the larger format during delivery.
Where multiple prints are ordered together, we'll package them in the most appropriate way to keep everything protected.
If Your Order Hasn't Arrived
If your order is taking longer than expected, please allow a little extra time before getting in touch, as occasional Royal Mail delays are outside our control.
If it still hasn't arrived after a reasonable period, contact us and we'll help investigate.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there's another problem with what you've received, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible through our [contact page].
If we've got something wrong, we'll put it right.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
