We're based in the UK and artwork creation usually takes around 3-5 days, then we'll email a preview for you to approve or edit. Once you approve the artwork we'll dispatch any printed orders from our UK studio within 24 hours.

We need clear photos (not blurry) for best results. The higher resolution the photo reference is, the better the final artwork will be (as there are more details to work with).

However, we can usually work with all kinds of photos, so if you have any doubts please feel free to send something over before placing an order and we'll happily take a look for you.

We don't use AI or automated apps. A human artist will carefully compose and hand-craft each portrait using 20 years of experience and advanced techniques.

We use our own set of 'in-house' digital pencils and brushes (that took many years to perfect) and our high-resolution tools are sampled from traditional materials.

This allows for a more cost-effective, non-destructive workflow and we can apply art effects that offer our customers a variety of artwork styles and options that are simply not possible within the limits of more traditional methods.

Yes! Once we've finished your design, we'll send a preview to you via email. Then, you can either accept or edit the artwork. We work until you're 100% happy or your money back.

We print your art print pet portraits onto our 290gsm satin 'lustre' paper for a premium quality finish. We also use our large format giclée fine art printers and professional quality inks for exceptional vibrancy and durability.
